Excellent company and easy to work with
Dr. Olsen is well informed and very helpful. She took ample time to address my questions, while keeping the meeting rolling efficiently. HAVE YOUR QUESTIONS READY BEFORE HAND! I appreciate doctors' willingness to take time to address all my questions. Difficult to predict traffic volume in any business. Noticing negative reviews seem to result from a lack of complete / clear / detailed instructions around the zoom meeting app. Their appointment system DOES work well, though sometimes you may have to wait for a doctor. Health!

No-stress process and respectful doctor
The process was well-explained and easy to complete. Dr. Bernard Lichtenstein was exactly what I expect from a doctor - attentive, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and respectful.
