The first doctor I talked to I could not understand at all. I told him I was hearing impaired and needed help - he finally gave up on me. When I talked to Dr Lewchalermwong she was excellent. Understood everything she said - spoke clear and slow.

Dr. Sharon Olson was terrific. She was concise, informative and intuitive. I appreciated all her isights and knowledge. However...I just discovered Dr Olson put the incorrect id number in my card and therefore I can't verify!!!!!! Also she asked if I'd like to speak with her again in 3 months, 6 months or a year and of course I said three months...she did not explain that meant my card would not be valid after whatever time period I picked!!!!! Now I have to figure out how to contact her or someone to correct all this!
