I spoke with Dr. Sharon Olson, an extremely knowledgeable alternative care physician. Lots of experience and good advice - a little too much for a beginner like me. I kind of wish she had spent more time listening, and less time talking, because I could hardly keep up. I felt like I needed to be a professional to understand her, even though we agree on the defective medical system in the US.

My doctor was Cheryllynn Bugailiskis. She seemed knowledgeable but very "rushed", as if I was keeping her from another event or function. She spoke very fast and at times it was difficult to keep up with her, especially when she was explaining the differences between CBD and THC in various methods of delivery (ie, orally, topical, vaporizer, etc). Even though she used a "sign" at one point, by then it was already confusing. I'm awaiting the written report and hoping it will be a whole lot clearer and more directive. So ... SLOW DOWN ... we're not all experts in this topic!

She was nice and had good intentions but she made some fairly not helpful comments. Yes I do need to take care of my inner child, it is one of the techniques used in helping one’s self with my condition. But she misgendered me and I mean it is frustrating to deal with that especially because we deal with it all the time, I just find it most annoying in the medical setting. But I mean it was okay she was nice and enthusiastic in all other aspects.

Dr. Kim was knowledgable, thorough and very professional. The online process, customer service and website functionality was average to poor at times. I was unable to get them to send me a link to reset my password that actually worked. There was no number to call for a live person to speak to. Their online support just sent the same link to reset my password that didn't work the previous two times I used it. So I just started over and created a new profile. After my consultation, my certification was never sent and I had to get back in touch with them through their instant messaging service to get my paperwork processed. They had no problem taking my money but their service after the fact was very average. To be fair last year I used HelloMD and it was a very smooth process, this year not so much! I would recommend this service but I would advise patience if the service doesn't meet your expectations. Do Better!

My Dr. was extremely efficient and very fast. There was valuable information on the cards she held up. I did not have time to write down the information. It would be wonderful if that information could be posted or sent to clients. I appreciate the service.

Is this person a Medical Doctor?

It was more of a conveyor belt than an interview. The doc seemed bored and on the verge of irritation another words a little short on bedside manner and obviously in a rush but I got what I came for so, fine. Her visual aids were geared for people who have no idea what they want or need. I really did't feel like I wanted to get into a discussion with her. The process is relatively painless if you need to get your card. I think the whole thing took less than 15 seconds.

Doctor Olsen was very informative, but biased. She went on and on about not letting insurance companies take her for granted and use her as a puppet to prescribe things to patient. However, she gave a good point. I expected a little modesty. However she knew her cannabis and I appreciated her explanation. I wish that as physicians they can spend at least 5 mins talking about how they are board certified. Other than that, she did the job.
