Doctor was somewhat abrasive, brash, curt, and disinterested

Felt like the people did not have time or the experience to help me.

ITS NOT ABOUT FRICTION...IT'S JUST THAT SHE SAID THINGS IN A MANNER THAT WERE AWKWARD AND DIDN'T SEEM APPROPRIATE FOR A DOCTOR. SHE TOLD ME THAT AMBIEN CAUSES ALZHEIMER'S. I DO NOT BELIEVE THERE ARE ANY FACTS TO BACK THAT CLAIM. WHEN I TOLD HER I NEEDED SOMETHING FOR SLEEPING SHE INSISTED I NEDED TO TAKE SOMETHING DURING THE DAY AND THAT I WASN'T GOING TO GET THE RESULT THAT I WANTED IF I ONLY TOOK SOMETHING AT NIGHT. IT FELT PUSHY ESPECIALLY SINCE I TOLD HER I WOULDNT BE COMFORTABLE TAKING ANYTHING DURING THE DAY. IT MADE ME WONDER IF SHE WAS TRYING TO PUSH PRODUCT. SHE WASN'T PROFESSIONAL.

This Dr. Made no effort to connect with me and my problems in any way. She was cold, rushed and mechanistic. I found her written report to be helpful but her personal manner was off putting and rushed.

I am a patient that has been renewing my medical card for 13 years ... 4 legitimate concerns between autoimmune and as far out as a fusing of the spine.... congestive heart failure... several of my symptoms include degenerative joint disease, headaches, and arthritis... I've enjoyed a complex post trauma from a long-term and cycle of psychological abuse and physical domestic violence. There's been a bunch of blows to the head over the years and a couple random seizures. After working with one of the best neuroscientists in the state of California dr. Bonni Goldstein and also doing my very best to stay off multiple different Western medicines and being quite successful at it... I have to admit the hands down several strains of CBD have given me back my life. I am one of the healthiest eaters I know so unfortunately a lot of these genetic and hereditary issues came on later in my life. All I can suggest is stick to the cleanest non-GMO organic and raw food diets or if you choose to enjoy meat stick to the healthiest non antibiotics and local free-range healthy grown happy meat. So either way I'm eating this Doctor Who seems to be a very kind man... Don't give me wrong and fact if he was able to listen to me and actually hear me better I would say that I would choose him to be a primary care physician. But unfortunately I don't think we hurt each other correctly and I needed some information put in and adjusted to my medical record. Also our Zoom conversation was very glitchy and it was hard to hear him over the recurring and echoing feedback. So my experience it wasn't so much as character and demeanor. My experience that I have an issue with is that I was issued a three-month prescription which doesn't do me an ounce of good and I'll tell you why. I thought that by applying for it now cuz I'm a very busy mom I would have all year to deal with it and I'm actually not going to even need it until 2 weeks before it expires. He gave me a conditional renewal prescription. I need the prescription to be an annual prescription as it has always been an annual prescription for as far back as I can remember and this career of renewing annually. So when I received my PDF a few moments later and it says that it's only for 3 months and it's conditional I'm quite taken back and so I will be contacting customer service cuz I'm a bit disappointed and could have spent 40 bucks at the random walkthrough Clinic Down on the Corner in the middle of the city. Although, I've heard nothing but wonderful reviews about hellomd and so I am sure that they have no problem corresponding with me to rectify the situation. We'll see where it goes. Much obliged. Dr. Kristin Egan was a good person to talk about my pain issues with she understands well and I feel she gave me good advice.

He (Arthur Gresen) was rude and sarcastic with me, not very professional at all. Whenever I asked a question, he gave me a sarcastic response as if I was asking a ridiculously stupid question. He had not one ounce of concern or compassion for my situation, I'm surprised this guy is an actual doctor.
