It was lots easier than I thought it was going to be

The Doctor was excellent and efficient. I definitely liked the session. On the other hand, the chat sessions and the responses to get to the Dr. were the worst. Canned and Melissa, the customer chat rep didn't pay attention to specific questions I asked, just gave pre-written responses.without addressing questions. It took me over several hours to get to the Dr because of this..
