Professional and courteous

I met via video with Dr. Sharon Olson to renew my medical cannabis recommendation and, once again, HelloMD docs were thorough and thoughtful. During our appointment, Dr. Olson encouraged me to get a Vitamin D test based on symptoms my PCP has been trying to figure out for the better part of a year. I requested the test and, sure enough, it turns out I am Vitamin D deficient and it explains a number of my symptoms. I would never have gotten that test if it wasn't for HelloMD. This was my second video appointment with a HelloMD doctor and, both times, they were wonderful, thorough, and had great insight. This is not a "come get a weed card wink wink" provider. They will discuss your entire medical picture and provide insight. Love this group!

Dr Kim was very professional, and very interested in me as a patient. I would recommend him to everyone. The whole experience was easy, although the website was a little frustrating on an iPad.
