Dr. Kim was very helpful. He answered all my questions and gave me a great deal of useful information. I was taking notes myself and did not realize that he had done a complete write-up of our meeting as well (much more detailed than mine). This will be very helpful going forward. Note: I had serious problems with the video conferencing program and my internet connection, and we were constantly interrupted by these problems. He stuck with me anyway and did a great job.

Dr. Jacquelyn Lewchalermwong was so helpful and took time and care to inform me of the benefits and side effects. She explained the dosages clearly and answered all my questions thoroughly.
