The whole procedure to get certified was painlessly easy. From the staff that scheduled my appointment via video chat to the staff that I spoke to prior to speaking with the Nurse Practitioner were all super friendly. The Nurse Practitioner made me feel at ease and comfortable and gave me a recommendation almost immediately due to my chronic pain. I would recommend her and the whole process to anyone interested.

I was very impressed with Dr. Richard Kim. He was very well informed and I felt he listened well and answered my questions very knowledgeably. I also appreciated his quick availability and response for my medical card and recommendations. I definitely recommend him.

The doctor is very personable and set me at ease talking to him about my personal information. It was unusual to have him tout the pleasures from the recreational side of THC since I wasn't looking for it, however overall, he was answering all my questions and assuaged my concerns over CBD use.
