Thinking about it, I guess Anthony was the kind of doc I might've expected when exploring cannabis treatment: kinda hippieish, in the woods outside Charlotte, NC, cool, friendly, helpful. I would've appreciated a more prescriptive treatment plan, but by the same token understand that this is a real "test and learn" environment - not exactly one size fits all. So...he was just right for the job he's doing.

I had an excellent appointment with Dr. Venderveer. He was informative, concise and pleasant. Additionally, I found his information about the use of CBD to solve my medical issues helpful. The only snafu was using the software. I use Apple software and experienced connection issues. The assistants were patient and guided me towards a solution that worked. Thank you for patience and guidance.

The exam went very smoothly. The staff are helpful and the Doctor was pleasant and efficient.

My MD seemed to be operating within a time frame - speaking fast, imparting her facts. She answered my questions, stayed cerebral. Nice person but low empathy. Luckily, I was OK without it, but as a therapist I was aware of her cool, distant stance. There are certainly many doctors that are like this, though not all.

I had a really hard time navigating the site, and continuously received page not found errors. I chatted with Ryan, and he found ways to guide me through to a meeting with the doctor. Thank you Hello Mr, and thanks most of all to Ryan Guillen, sorry if I mispelled.

I am fairly tech illiterate so it took me some chat sessions with the help desk to get the process figured out. They stuck with me a provided an easy guidance of the steps needed to complete my consultation. The Doctor was friendly and to the point. Definitely beats taking a trip to the office to fill out paperwork.
