Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I needed medication I have been taking for 10 years. I usually saw my provider once a year. My healthcare provider retired. I thought this would be quicker as getting into another provider at the practice was a while. The first appointment I made with Klarity the provider sent me a message saying they were not available at the arranged time. Then Klarity charged me for a missed appointment fee (for an appointment I didn't have) of $150. They refused to reimburse putting blame on the provider, who also wouldn't reimburse. Second appointment I accidentally hit cancel then reached out and rebooked it immediately with the provider. Another $150 cancelation fee. The provider was going to charge me through headway $450 insurance rate or $200 out of pocket. I chose $200 out of pocket. Talked with the provider for 2 minutes. She told me I needed to see her 3 times before she could prescribe my medicine I'd been taking for 10 years without issue. So minimum $900 physician assistance fees to get a 2 minute meeting and a 30 day supply of medicine that cost me out of pocket $10 a pill. And I pay $10,000 a year for medical insurance. It took me a day on the phone trying to resolve this and its still not resolved. I went back to my old providers group. Complete scam.

We're truly sorry to read this, and we understand how frustrating this experience has been.
