I had a great visit with Heather
I had a great visit with Heather. She always makes me feel understood and you can tell she cares. Both of which are difficult and rare due to my communication challenges. My dental issues make my face look like it's always scowling in arrogance, but with Heather I forget about my differences. I look forward to each time I can speak with her. She's like a medical professional/mom/cool aunt all wrapped into one.

Very thorough and patient.
Very thorough and patient with me. Explained all treatment options with realistic expectations of what goals are achievable and when to expect results. Provider gave good insight and tips/tools to use to make my goals more attainable. Shelly Alasti was down to earth and seemed authentic. She did not push any drug or agenda, just genuine with her suggestions and information.

Elizabeth Melchor was very friendly and made the environment of asking for help less stressful. She was thorough in her assessment and answered every one of my questions completely and extensively. I would 100% recommend her to anyone with a desire to change their current habits and supplement with available interventions.

Good DRs are hard to come by
Veronica is a great doctor. She can tell when someone is hurting and will listen to the patients needs as well as provide her professional advice and additional recommendations to provide the best medical plan possible. As a veteran with only the VA as medical coverage, the VA doesn’t always provide the best solution for mental health support. Veronica has been a life saver. The VA sometimes doesn’t care about the veterans needs due to the potential for addiction for some drugs, even if nothing else works and the veteran is in severe pain. The VA would rather people who served their country suffer than get the relief they need. It’s a sad circumstance but Veronica has made life a bit better. I feel a little more hopeful in life now.

Seamless mental health visit (who knew??)
I didn't know what to expect going into the visit, and Sazia exceeded any positive expectations I could have had. She was warm, empathetic, and listened attentively -- AND she was very efficient. She quickly zeroed in on what was going on, and we got to a diagnosis and treatment plan within the 30min of the visit. I had no idea the visit could be that pleasant and productive, and I feel lucky to have found her. Thanks to Sazia and to Klarity for making a seamless mental health visit a possibility -- WOW.

Shatara Coleman is an amazing provider!
Shatara Coleman is an amazing provider! I was originally skeptical to use this program, but once I was paired with nurse practitioner Shatara Coleman, I was immediately put at ease. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me thoroughly. Her expertise and level of care were top notch. When I need future care, I will definitely be returning to her!
