Great first start
I had been seen the same Psychiatrist for quite a while (previously to Dr. Davidson) who over time, has started to not be compassionate nor listen to what *I* *the patient* is saying/experiencing regarding how the past month has been. I found Dr. Davidson last week and met with her and oh man what a 180 in the experience I had with her over the previous Dr. Dr. Davidson was very compassionate, listened to me without me feeling like "ok hurry up" or over talking me as I'm sharing why I'm here, how these last few months have been, etc. I did not feel rushed, I could tell she was looking at me intensely while I was sharing myself to her and my struggles. She and I both laughed a few times. I thoroughly enjoyed it and wanted to do this survey to share my experience. I wasn't paid for this survey, I just wanted to do it to share that I believe if you are looking for a transfer to a new Psychiatrist, or you're brand new to seeing a Psychiatrist, that Dr. Davidson would be a great go-to first choice.
