I'm sorry to hear you had a negative experience. The intake forms are required to be filled out before appointments in order to receive the best care from your practitioner. Most private practices do have requirements which can include testing and lab work as part of the treatment plan. Please keep in mind that providers are independent. While customer support will do their best to accommodate your request for a new provider, starting the transfer process does not guarantee continued treatment. We encourage you to communicate your concerns with your current provider before requesting a change to ensure that all available options have been explored. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that obtaining an EKG can be a challenging task. It's worth noting that providers list out all practice requirements, including the EKG, on the initial intake form that is filled out and signed before the first appointment. We understand that not all patients may be able to comply with these requirements, and we do recommend cancelling appointments if necessary. We do have a solution article in our FAQs that lists other affordable options for obtaining an EKG, like the Kardia mobile. The EKG is a practice requirement before getting a refill for some practices, and we hope the importance of this requirement for the safety and well-being of patients is appreciated. Please note that all transfers are discounted to $59, and this information is clearly listed on the website. Lastly, we'd like to clarify that if a provider is unable to take on your case through the platform, they will typically refer you to an in-person provider who may be better suited to meet your needs.
