I just signed up and followed online tutorials for making text customizable, adding variants, and testing templates to make sure they work properly. Everything was pretty straightforward except when I go to test the tags in the space provided, nothing happens. I’m not sure what I am doing wrong but I have reached out to customer support via chat and yesterday they said they would reply via email since they were offline. I tried again this morning and it said they would reply in a few moments but it’s been hours and no one has replied. I can’t seem to find any videos online on the new version and testing tags so I’m stuck until customer support replies.

Founder sent me a video on the process. Followed the process but none of what was outlined worked. Waited 4-5 days for technical support, just getting ignored now until my free trial runs out no doubt. Really bad first experience which has cost me time and money.

So far so good! It does take a few extra steps to set it up but the old way is much more complicated and mostly the reason why I have never considered custom products. I'm excited to get the chance to use it on more designs!

I haven't had a personalization yet because I'm new to POD HELLO CUSTOMS instructions were very easy to understand

I love Hello Custom! It’s a great solution for customization once the products are set up. Easy to use although several steps are involved. It’s great to be able to set up the products, let the customer put in their own customization and just check it once it’s in the cue to make sure everything will be printed correctly. Thank you for a fantastic product!
