The packaging of my new bubble moisturizer was top tier and shipping was faster then expected!!

Terrible customer service

I am an ambassador for Bubble, but that is because it has ALWAYS been my favorite skincare! I am only 13 years old and my mom won't let me use just anything so this has been something we both agree is okay for me to use. My mom also will not allow me to be an ambassador for any company we do not actually use and support. We chose Bubble becuase I really do use it every single day! I am a dancer and all the sweat and makeup can be harsh on my gentle skin. Bubble has been great for me and keeps me from getting too oily or too dry! It removes my makeup and doesn't break me out or harm my face. I very much love the cleansers and moisturizers, but I have never had a product I do not like.

Great costumer service and the package was on time

What a disaster. We still have not received our package. We still have not received any feedback from the email we sent to yourselves, very unprofessional and very disappointing. This was our first purchase from 'Bubble', and it certainly does not set a good precedent going forward and does not make us feel comfortable supporting this brand going forward.

Hey bubble!!! My experience thus far has been great. I haven’t gotten my package yet as my post office is on strike :( I hope to receive it soon.
