AXISReviews of helloaxis.com

Zero would be a more accurate rating. The suit I received says it’s a size M. In reality, it’s maybe a 5T. I’ve have contacted the company and I get excuses with every email. I was offered a ridiculous 10% refund followed by a 20% refund. I have not heard back. Axis Manhattan is a scam and they’re riding out the 30 day return deadline so I won’t get a dime. The quality is terrible and smells like plastic.

Ordered a pair of shoes. They shipped from China and took a long time. They were way too large, but they also looked nothing like the picture. The website said free returns, so I asked for instructions on how to return them. After repeated emails about wanting to return them, I finally got a response offering to give me a10% refund and let me keep the shoes. I repeated that I didn’t want to keep them. But they would not let me send them back and get a full refund. I finally accepted the 10%.

These do not work. I ordered 8. Out of 8, only 3 worked out of the box. The 6th one broke within 2 days. I asked to return them and they said they were out of the 30 days. I am contacting my credit card, as they sold me a defective product.

Terrible customer support. Bought my first unit ($250). It was defective. I have had it for a week with little or no response from customer service. Unfortunately I had already purchased a second and despite the second unit also being sent incomplete they do not respond or answer my questions. Forced to return both units.

Preordered an Axis in Jan 2017 (2 years ago) still have yet to receive the product. Have chased multiple times through social media and their website but haven't had a response. Received a tracking number in October but it was for someone else in Canada. Not great service at all.
