They did an absolute amazing job, they listened to what I was saying and did something about it fast! I was really impressed and plan on using them again if need be in the future. It was hard because I didn’t have time to stop in at the urgent care due to work, so I tried helix out and did a video chat at work and they got me an antibiotic within the same day. 100% recommend!

I had a UTI. I didn't want to go to a walk in clinic. It was mid to late afternoon. All I had to do was tell them my RX history and any med issue. Only so the rx they prescribe doesn't interfere with any of my medications. In a half hour my RX was ready for pickup. I'm so grateful helixvm helped me.

I had a great experience! I had seen a provider through my insurance's virtual service an hour prior. He wouldn't listen to anything I was saying. He cut me off. Was rude!! Then ended with "i can't help you. Go to urgent care." The provider i had vis Helixvm actually listened to me. Asked questions based on what I told her. She provided feedback and understanding for my health concerns. And we came up with a great plan and she even suggested additional meds to help. I got my meds within an hour after our appointment! I will definitely be using them again if need be!!
