I was able to get the medication I needed in less than two hours while I was at work with 5% battery and no charger. It was super convenient because I didnt even have to talk to anyone, I just let them know what was wrong and they were able to write a script and get me better. It's super convenient and affordable and way easier than making time to go to the doctor when I knew what was wrong amd how to fix it.

Excellent service. I have a horrible tooth infection, and they were able to assist with antibiotics on a Sunday and we’re so fast I was able to pick them up before the pharmacy closed and I am already feeling better

I got prescribe 6 antibiotics/3 days worth. So I sent them a message to see if that was enough thinking it may have be an accident. Instead of telling me yes that was enough or adding to it they proceeded to cancel my prescription and wouldn’t send it to the pharmacy. Would not recommend using them at all.

Great experience! Helixvm was extremely fast and efficient. The provider was on top of it within minutes of me sending in my request. Helixvm sent in details of the order and responded promptly to any questions I had. The pharmacy received the prescription very quickly. Every step of the way, Helixvm was exceptionally efficient. I’ll be using them with any medication needs or concerns I have. Especially in a time limited crunch.

I searched for a telehealth doctor for a extensive amount of time before finding helixVM. I got my perscription quickly , doctor sent over what was needed to the pharmacy to try and get medication approved very quick. I also emailed them and got a reply with in 24/hrs. I tried many telehealth doctors and paid a membership fee to get absolutely nothing . I recommend for perscriptons or non urgent needs
