Experience was excellent! I did the video call and Tina understood what I had and what was needed. I was able to get a script for my issue and picked up 30 minutes later. I will use again.

I used this business for a prescription I needed..after losing my health coverage, they asked me question to evaluate my issue and quickly got a prescription phoned to the pharmacy. I used goodrx for the prescription which helped alot..the price here was cheaper then going to a dr and paying out of pocket, and I hate going to the Dr so this was very convenient

My experience was great. It was fast and my medications were sent to my pharmacy right away. So much easier than making an appointment with my Dr. and waiting to get in when I need to be seen NOW. Thanks for your help and I will definitely use this again!

A scam site. Have tried them two separate times, one for a medication refill and one to just get an order for lab work. Both times, they wouldn't do it, gave me a referral letter, and said I should go see a doctor in person instead. Oh and they charged my insurance hundreds of dollars for it too. Do not use them

When I needed medical care at 2 a.m. Monday morning, I called out to Helix Virtual Medical's help. This is 1st time calling on them. I filled out forms online and they resolved my case in about 20 mins! Joshua L Stadler, DO called in my antibiotic at a 24 hour pharmacy. I am so grateful for all of their help! I was unable to get to the ER. I would definitely repend Helix Medical! Joshua L Stadler, DO is Heaven-sent! Plus, Joshua L Stadler, DO even sent me an excuse for work/school! Logan was amazing…caring and personable! And the doctor was as AMAZING! Positive and listened to me and wanted to help me get better!
