Helix SleepReviews of helixsleep.com

Took the Sleep Quiz; landed on the Midnight Core. Purchased. Delivery took longer than expected, but we got there. Beautiful mattress. I didn’t sleep well on it. It might have been a touch too soft, but I also slept quite warm on it. Sleep scores ran Low to OK. Needed to return. The return process is not going well. Helix contracted the services of ShareTown, who didn’t get back to me in 3-5 business days. Thereafter, I contacted ShareTown, who eventually confessed they couldn’t handle the return but laid out detailed instructions on how I could do the job for them. Not helpful. So … two weeks after the return authorization was finalized, I contacted Helix again to let them know ShareTown failed. They have assured me they will schedule with someone else and will be in touch once they get that worked out. My fingers are crossed that they will succeed this time. UPDATE: Two business days later, I reached out to Helix for an update. ShareTown was now asking that I spray paint TRASH on the mattress before they could re-attempt to schedule a pickup. Helix contacted LoadUp, who eventually came to haul the mattress off (to the landfill, to the best of my knowledge; it was not handled in a manner consistent with it finding a new home). I was left with the sense that I should have planned a post-trial path for the discarded mattress if I wanted to avoid feeling responsible for a virtually new mattress being sent to the landfill. When you assure potential buyers that returns will be easy—no need to lift a finger… it’s important that you can follow through on that promise.

Great company and good customer service! My husband and I tried a Helix Sunset mattress, it shipped quickly and was a good quality mattress, but sadly it didn't stand up to our weight, we'd sink in through the soft top and it'd feel like a firm mattress. We are both a bit bigger about, 220lbs and 280lb and got a queen. When we contacted customer service they did offer a free mattress topper to try, we did still end up returning it and it was a really easy process. They contacted a 3rd party that reached out to us and came and picked up the mattress then we just sent the pick up receipt and they issued the refund. Sad the mattress didn't end up working out, but grateful for the ease of the free return and the good customer service. Plus, with the returns they try to donate or resell the mattress so they don't just go to the dump!

They say it will ship out in 3-7 days. It has been 12. There is not update on my order status. I email; no response. Then I use the online "chat with an agent, bypass their AI chat and finally get a live person. not They then tell me a label was made so that means it is on a FedEx truck (that's not what that means, pretty self-explanatory). I can't speak to the mattress quality because it isn't here yet. Customer serivce is 90% just being honest and communicative, even when it is bad news. This experience is enough I won't be trying them out again.

Both the bedframe and nightstands were damaged when they arrived. No response when requesting a return/resolution (via chat or email). For the amount I paid, I expected some kind of customer service.

I would rate their current service zero stars if I could. I had previously ordered a sunset elite years ago which was delivered in two packages on time - which is required since it has a base and an inner mattress. A second order recently resulted in a package coming which was the base however as of June 6th the inner mattress states label created. After a lot of back and forth the team was kind enough to refund a portion of the four thousand dollar mattress shipped incomplete with reassurance it would be reordered and delivered promptly. The team still has no status updates whatsoever and we are still without a mattress. At one point they kept thinking it’s sitting on their truck to be picked up and as of today 6 days later nobody knows where it went. For the level of service they provide in terms of using FedEx which is currently trash as a delivery service. The team is friendly and doing their best but inventory/organization/shipment methods are just awful. I will be asking for a refund and moving on. I hope they get it together because their product is great when it’s in stock and ships accordingly for the price point.

The cooling feature on this mattress is what makes the difference. I sleep so well!!

We LOVE our Helix Moonlight Elite Not only does it come in 2 boxes - and being the bed and the other being several layers insert. We choose the zippered Elite version so we could upgrade or exchange the insert if needed plus the top is an amazing pillow top and cooling. We 1st got the Midnight which was too firm for us. Back sleepers and I weigh 130. Support was amazing and gracious and sent us Moonlight which was softer, during our 1st 120 day trial period.

I have tried 6 other boxed mattress competitors and they weren’t even close to the quality of helix. You gotta try it
