Dear Sir Madam, the product and service is excellen. We boubght and ordered LumenPro from your company. Unfortunately we received only the first shipment of 2 bottles LumenPro. The 2nd and 3rd shipment we did not reiceive. The German customs did collect the shipment. They declare the product as a pharmaceutical product. Unfortunately we need this Product LumenPro urgently. After using this for about 8 months I can definitely say that my beloved 16 year old mutt does see just a little better while using these drops. And "just a little better" makes a huge difference in her life. Better to see just a tiny bit then not see anything at all.

Great product, fast delivery, and good service. My dog is getting old and had not thought of using eyedrops until my friend mentioned them. My dog appears to be seeing much clearer now and the eye drops have cleared up the crust around his eyes as well. highly recommend. fast response time as well when I first inquired about use and directions.

Couple of weeks in using the drops on our 13 year old cavalier/pomeranian cross and his eyes look much clearer. He's started spotting squirrels in the garden from the sofa again! The Heliostatix team are very responsive and extremely helpful. There was a slight hiccup on our first order (UK side - nothing to do with Heliostatix) and the team were so helpful in resolving the issue. They went way beyond what I was expecting. They seem so caring and considerate - a true rarity today.
