Helbiz without my conses (I even had the app not installed anymore on my phone) decided to use my credit card for their premium plans. When I discovered it, they escalated quickly my issue and in the same time deleted everything about me from their platform (so that I cannot anymore evidences). They refund me later on, and parmented banned from their systems without any notification from them. I asked for clarification about the (evident illegal) use of my data to assistence, they only told me that was a my fault and if had more questions they were going to denounce me.

Pessimo servizio. È praticamente impossibile trovare aree di sosta. Ti continuano ad addebitare il costo della corsa fino a quando il veicolo non viene parcheggiato nell' area di sosta . Poiché l' area di sosta non è indicata da nessuna parte , ti costringono ad utilizzarlo per ore addebitando illegittimamente il costo.

Visited a few cities in Italy over the summer, and did not have to use taxi / bus / rental car a single time. Instead I was able to quickly grab scooters and simply leave when at the destination without the hassle of dealing with parking or high costs.

Scooter didn't work. Requires you to add $ to account and prepay instead of pay as you. Worst part is your information will be sold to third parties. Within hours of signing up for this ap, I started receiving solicitation phone calls. Just don't do it.

We repeatedly paid for scooter rides for scooters that wouldn’t start, or would stop running in the middle of the ride even though it was showing it had plenty battery life left. It would charge a dollar each time to unlock, so I had at least three rides costing me around $2 where I literally didn’t go ANYWHERE because the scooter wouldn’t start! And yes, I was pushing off with my foot for quite a bit while trying to turn it on and it wouldn’t work. Then, on my last attempt, I couldn’t even unlock it because my account had less than $5 on it! So that’s more money down the drain because our city we are from doesn’t even have Helbiz, so I won’t get to use it once we get done with our vacation! This scooter company is beyond frustrating, they are wringing money from everyone left and right without delivering a reliable service. Absolute trash.

0 starts. The scooters don't work, you have to preload money Into their app 1st, before use. The other companies that offer the same service don't do this. Requested a refund and now the want me to send them ID's and all kinds of stuff. I paid for 2 broken scooters

SCAM. As with others in Washington DC, the company sent me a snooty condescending email stating it was my fault their scooters do not end properly. I had to fight tooth and nail to get a justified refund three times. I have been unable to delete my account. My colleague at the New York Times is currently undertaking an investigation into whether Helbiz is breaking US law.
