Pessimo sistema di monopattino, il suo distinto dovere lo dà ma un giorno l app mi oscuró l immagine, impossibilitato a fare la foto del parcheggio, mi scaló 7 euro in 10 minuti, oggi il monopattino ha deciso di andare a 16 km tutto il tempo facendomi fare ritardo e giustamente pagato i minuti in più quando in realtà a 20km ci mettevo 25 minuti, oggi 31...ormai ho pagato e devo usare tutte e 100 le corse ma un consiglio COMPRATELO VOI, 300 euro va a 25km e in modalità sport 30km modificabile anche a 60km illegalmente ma sono 300 euro spesi BENISSIMO (xiaomi)

Hi! I couldn't use the scooter in Rome, I tried several times with a few ones from Helbiz. The constant problem was parked far from the allowed area and had no battery. This was so painful because I also tried another company and was almost the same problem and this made me spend a lot of money without having the actual services I want to have. I think this whole idea of scooters could work but maybe a lot of companies in the same area with the same problem made the situation uncomfortable for a person who actually needs to use the services of whatever branch of a scooter. Just imagine, you download the app, pay the fee and add credit to the branch, and doesn't work?? then you do this again a few times with other branch companies and you found out the same problem, is very uncomfortable, because you spend money and you cant enjoy being on the scooter, I was dreaming of feeling the air in my face and enjoying seeing the city with my love together, but couldn't work out... I end up thinking what is the point to have so many companies of scooters.... is insane, please organize a better scooter system. I don't know maybe fewer companies or every company can work with the same app?? and you don't need to do the whole installation and filled up your whole information several times. "ONE APP FOR ALL THE SCOOTERS IS A BETTER OPTION"

Buono il prezzo. Abito a Roma e sono comode per piccoli tragitti. L inconveniente è che ce ne sono poche e se le trovi non le puoi usare perche scariche. Sono riuscita ad usare la bici solo 2 volte .
