I don’t like this ketchup anymore it has a weird taste and it’s like a paste now I remember back in the 70’s and 80’ the taste was so delicious the tomatoes taste was amazing and now it’s not it’s just weird I don’t understand if something was good why change it at times I think that the brands think we won’t notice it and we do I stopped buying ketchup years ago but this past weekend I need it to buy one and I thought maybe it was good again and it’s not it’s awful we’ll these are my personal feelings and I hope one day I’ll be able to taste that awesome ketchup I remember from long ago Ty for your attention.

It would be nice if when putting cooking instructions on packaging you did not put black printing on dark blue backgrounds. Vision impaired individuals can't read them, they need a definite contrast. Same goes for light coloured printing on light coloured background.

How do you expect people to get your 20 ounce bottles of ketchup open to remove the safety seal?? My husband, who has VERY strong hands could not get either one open that we had in the house. We ran hot water over both of them and still could not get it open!! My husband tried to pry it open with a knife and that didn’t work! We ended up having to just poke a nail through the seal. The ketchup comes out, but in a smaller amount. Is there a reason the lid has to be screwed on so tight?? Dropping it out of an airplane, maybe?? Beats me. Do better, Heinz!

Everytime I buy your taco bell shells they're all broken. I'm done with your products, why am I paying extra for your brand when I can get an off brand that can magically pack their shells. Screw your high prices and smaller packaging to make an extra buck.
