My sales rep was very great at keeping me up to date on the status of my order and following up with me to make sure that my delivery experience was excellent. He even called me right after I placed the order online to review everything with me and make sure that what I ordered would work for my needs. Wonderful experience overall!!

We are so pleased with the Scoota Trailer we ordered through Heavy Duty Mobility. We dealt with Raphael who could not have be nicer and more helpful. He stayed in close contact letting me know when the manufacturer received the order, when it was complete and when it shipped. The customer service was second to none. It was obvious in all communications with Raphael that he genuinely cared that our son's needs were met with this trailer for his new powerchair. I highly recommend going through Heavy Duty Mobility when ordering equipment for yourself or your handicapped loved ones.

HD Mobility did a great job helping me go over the options available and what cart would work best for my Mom. They consistently followed up with me so I stayed aware of the status of the order all the way through white glove delivery. Highly recommend HD Mobility as partners.
