Heavenly TressesReviews of heavenlytresses.com

I recently bought another wig from Heavenly Tresses.   I bought it sight unseen because there wasn't a picture available and I have worked with Monica for quite some time.  I have purchased numerous wigs from Heavenly Tresses.   She takes the time to get to know her clients and their particular needs.  So I trusted her on this purchase and I am so thankful that I did. It arrived yesterday and it is gorgeous.   The color is perfect for my complexion.  The cut with the curtain bangs looks stunning.   Thank you Monica for all of the work you do for your customers.

The customer service is top-tier. I had a few questions prior to placing my first custom order and Monica was so helpful. She was so patient and understanding. My hair loss has worsened within the last 6 months so I was in need of a quality wig and investment piece. Let me tell you I'm extremely happy I found Heavenly Tresses Online. The wig arrived and it is absolutely gorgeous. The hair is so soft and silky with lots of bounce. The construction is very good and even more importantly the fit is nice and snug without the need for glue. Thank you Heavenly Tresses!

I just received my fifth unit from Heavenly Tresses. After years of disappointment with other companies overseas, I did some research and found Heavenly Tresses. They have never disappointed. The quality is above par compared to the others I had because after several washes they are even more beautiful. I get so many compliments. I have four others and only buy more because I like to have a variety. I never had to contact Customer Service for anything because what I see on the website is what I get. Thank you Heavenly Tresses.

Stumbled upon Heavenly Tresses via Google. When I was looking for a new custom wig, I was happy that did as the experience was excellent. Their website was easy to navigate and I was able to customize my wig very easily. I ordered a custom wig and a stock wig to wear while I was waiting for production. The stock wig arrived and it was gorgeous. I ordered “Giovanni” is great quality and an easy everyday wig option. Totally worth the money!

Happy to have found Heavenly Tresses. Suffering from hairloss can be difficult. However, when you're able to purchase a beautiful wig it makes all the difference. The European Wig I purchased the "Desiree" is stunning the hair quality is excellent authentic Virgin hair with a natural volume and bounce. The balayage color is so gorgeous. I am planning to purchase another unit soon so that I can rotate them. If you're like me and you rely on wigs for your day ti day life. Don't hesitate to purchase!

This company is very professional. I usually custom order my wigs, and have been purchasing their wigs for many years. A unit I ordered was not satisfactory and they obligingly gave me a big discount on my next order. This last unit is perfectly stunning and I appreciate the amount of effort they have put in as to keep their customers happy. Thank you so much Heavenly Tresses.

Heavenly Tresses. More like Helly Tresses. WORST wig. I was deceived. Heavenly Tresses lied & claimed their wigs were made of European hair, I was deceived. After covid-19 settled slightly. I went to my local wig salon. He examined the hair and told me the hair is synthetic NOT human hair. Another wig specialists from London tested one of the Heavenly Tresses wig. I was told this hair is synthetic. Heavenly Tresses or Helly Tresses stole thousands of pounds from me. I want my full refund, this will never happen. They took $1,899 USD on 2 April 2021 They took another $2058. 95 USD 28 May 2021 Took another $3407. 55 USD dated back. 6 September 2021 This company robbed me. The wigs I received is NOT real European Human hair . This hair turns out to be plastic synthetic hair.
