Hello Tiffany, We are sorry that you were unsatisfied with the closure you purchase. There was an email sent to you explaining the correct way to bleach the knots in a closure. Leaving the bleach on too long will damage the closure and it will bald very quickly. Please let us know if you would like for us to resend the email. Once again thank you for you review.
