I ordered a diesel heater from them and didn't install it for about 3 months, but when it came time to install it, I could not find the controller. Even though their order confirmation clearly states that I needed to check the order within 48 hours and their shipping records said it was sent to me, they were super nice and helpful in setting me up with a replacement.

Have ordered around 10 heater kits for install in our shop, the service is super fast and the prices excellent. If you know what parts you need and have the skills to install it you wont have any problems with Heatso

I purchased an Espar Airtronic Kit from Heatso. The price was excellent and the shipping was very fast. I have had several questions during the installation process. The support team responded within a few hours with the advice I needed. I highly recommend Heatso and would do business with them again in the future.

Ordered a Webasto heater from this company. That same day I also placed an Amazon prime order, but Heatso's package arrived to the USA from the UK before my domestic Amazon order did! I was impressed. The heater kit was missing a part because I special ordered a different thermostat instead of the standard. I was annoyed of course because I didn't realize till middle of the install but, mistakes happen! Promptly contacted the company and they overnighted the part to me the next day. Overall, I am pleased with the customer service so far.

I ordered the Webasto Airtronic D2L and I am very happy with my experience with Heatso! I can also understand why i read a couple of bad reviews. This is the world we live in today, as soon as something is wrong we have to tell everybody that its someone elses fault. But when everything works out its just "as it should be" and no one takes their time to wright a good review. In a lot of cases when ordering from internet today its the customer not reading thoroughly about their order. This is a problem in this modern world. The customer service was excellent and as I wrote an email to them asking about the products I wanted I got a lot of help with what i needed and not needed, things that would have been a mess getting to work properly if i just ordered what i thought would fit/work together. The prices are definitely the best out there and they seem to sell only good quality brand products. I got all of my products in a couple of days to my door in Sweden. I am going to order more Don't trust all the bad reviews on internet, not all the good ones either. Instead of having a lot of stuff you cannot use and wright a bad review in anger, take your time do research instead and maybe ask the company you are ordering from what would fit your needs, after all they should be experts about the products they sell. Then maybe you have a minute to go in and rate it good/bad as well. Also, I understand that some have trouble with some orders, people do mistakes, it's the human factor and its in all leads, customer, salesman, packaging, shipping, etc. etc.

I hope to make up for a negative as my experience was very positive. Heatso had the perfect replacement pump in stock at the perfect price, and the shipping was immediate. Communication was on par and received the item from UK to Seattle in very short order. Will definitely sope here again.

I was looking for a very old auxillary heater for a Ford Galaxy, unavailable from Ford or anywhere else and this company managed to supply a brand new one with a couple of weeks and half the price quoted by Ford if they had one! Good communication and excellent service! Would recommend to anyone
