HeatsoReviews of heatso.com

All around, great company. Easy shopping, great prices, fast shipping. What is possibly most impressive is their support. Pre-purchase, or even a year after purchase they are fast to respond with technical questions and support. I have made 4 purchases with Heatso and Highly recommend!

Great service. Promised to receive in 48 hours and they delivered. Would recommend!!

Our order, a complete Hydronic Hot Air/Hot Water System for a MB Sprinter Van, arrived quickly and in impeccable packing. During the building and assembly of the system, months later, Arnold, one of the technical and support staff members, provided help along every step of the way. We can't recommend Heatso enough for your needs.

Tracking number was wrong, right number found quickly.

Hi A few months back I ordered a webasto heater to go into our Ford transit which we are converting into a camper. Only recently were we able to start so I finally opened the heater we ordered. I was surprised to see that the actual heater was only protected by one layer of cardboard. I looked into the box and noticed some parts out of the bag, and that a bag was ripped. I first emailed customer support and they were very nice, reminding me that I would receive new parts if anything was missing or broken. The rep, who was amazingly polite and courteous, asked me to send pictures of the ripped bags, and I did. Upon further investigation, I realized that there were about 7 bags open and a lot of parts laying in the box. I then got nervous and requested to replace the heater. Last thing I want is to be stock in the cold. The rep immediately agreed and recognized that the unit I was sent was used to take pictures. They even allowed me to keep the original one sent. I am starting a van conversion company on the east coast of the US and plan on converting many vans. I will be purchasing Everything I need to buy for future Van conversions related to heat and water that Heatso offers. I am a customer for life. Thanks again, and we'll do business again soon. I called for help on a Espar heater purchase. I had heard good things about their customer service but this company goes above and beyond. Daniel on the phone from Lexington, KY helped me not only with my Espar heater but also on a Truck Fridge I had questions about. I can't recommend these people enough. Nice to have solid people to deal with now days.

Heatso provided excellent service. Starting with the ease and clarity of ordering. The shipping was extremely prompt and the product arrived at my doorstep in the USA two days later. During installation I had several technical questions that Heatso competently and willingly answered. I will definitely purchase again from Heatso.

I installed an Eberspacher 2KW air heater in my Sprinter in March 2021 in preparation for a 6 week off grid tour of the American west. We experienced a full range of weather conditions from blizzards early in the trip to near 100 degree temps at the end. Our air heater worked perfectly and kept us toasty and warm when the mercury dipped below freezing. During the installation process, the Heatso customer service team provided crucial guidance which made the van build out go smoothly. And recently, after an extended period of non use over the summer and early fall months, they told me how to do a hard reset of the controller in order to get it ready winter camping. I'm in the US and Heatso is in the UK but the their responses are always prompt even with the time zone difference. Bravo Heatso!
