The Heatso support team were very helpful to me in identifying the parts I needed and the best choice of marine diesel heater for my 36 foot sailboat. The price was fair and the shipments were prompt. They were also very helpful in answering my many questions during installation. A great company.

Great customer service, but here's the real deal. All the Ebersapcher Espar dealers in the US compete with Heatso. They jack up their parts and shipping prices so that they are just slightly cheaper than what the total parts and shipping from Heatso would be. But here's the kicker. Heatso delivery is actually much faster than the US suppliers. Typically, two days. So do yourself a favor. Get the best service and quickest delivery from Heatso. If this sounds like a commercial I assure you it's not. I'm a Grand Banks owner from Long Beach, CA, USA.

I was new to Heatso and ordered a Webasto EVO 55 kit for a marine installation. I was very pleasantly surprised with their prompt and precise replies to a few queries then very prompt shipping when I placed the order. In spite of what I have read elsewhere, all my paperwork was precisely in order with FedEx, including duties and taxes for import into Canada. Everything correct to the cent. Delivery was exactly as promised. The only suggestion I would make is for Heatso to make it abundantly clear that orders will be processed in US$ regardless what currency is chosen when placing the order. That little discrepancy only cost me about CA$25 due to an inferior VISA exchange rate which I could have avoided if i had known! NBD, overall I am very happy; - now we'll see if the heater works as well as the purchase went! Thank you at Heatso!

I was a DIY installer and had messed up two little things that caused some errors in the process but I found the technical support to be absolutely amazing and super helpful in getting me the correct information. These guys are the best and will definitely be buying another one for my next Mercedes Benz Sprinter build out.

Ordering was simple, and I like how the ordering website provides the instant customization selections before you say "add to cart". Sometimes when you buy engineered items company websites just send you to the cart wondering...will they ship me a blue one or a red one and then you struggle to find an email address to send a clarification question. Not with Heatso. You customize then simply add to cart; worry free. Fulfillment was very fast to the US without extraordinary fees with excellent and accurate tracking online. The order arrived in perfect condition and all parts secured. Post order follow-up was simple and hassle-free. I didn't realize that my kit would not arrive with a specific part and that part was a customization or needed to be purchased separately. I must have missed this during my looking at the website, but customer service took care of me. I highly recommend Heatso as a supplier.

Contacted Heatso tech support to get help diagnosing a problem with my Espar heater. They were super helpful, telling me what to check and how to try to reset the heater without buying anything. I eventually did need to buy a controller to reset the heater, but they recommended the least expensive option that would work for me. I will always use Heatso for my parts and tech assistance on my Espar heater.
