5 month ago I bought a wiring harness for a air tronic D4 and the wiring for a hydronic. 2 month later i receive the airtronic harness with fedex fee but not the hydronic harness juste a thermal sensor. that seem the part number was mix with the harness item for the sale . I write to heatso they very apologise so they said we dont have stock we will bought to espar a harness now to ship it too you . and yesterday I receive again the thermal sensor !! so now they said we will refund you . but the winter is over and my engine has run cold all the winter .. very bad service

Heatso is a middle company so they can't give warranty!!! I've been swamboozled by the and paid twice the price of heater getting it properly installed, recalibrated and re-installed!!! Stay away. Buy direct from USA esparcher either Denver Col Pete of Michigan , Mike. Boooooo Heatso you should be ashamed of yourself!!

This is a warning to all buyers of Espar Heaters, This Company Heatso is supplying heaters from the grey market somehow (This is coming directly from the manufactures) this is how they are selling them so cheap. I bought mine one year ago and I have spent almost 1000 dollars in investigative work only to find out the the ECU was not programed correctly and throwing codes every few hours (Codes 200,125,126,128,115) You can call me @ SevenEightZeroEightEightSevenFiveSixEightEight and hopefully share my story and stop others from dealing with this company. Go buy from an authorized reseller pay the extra and save the headache Chris R

Avoid at all costs. I ordered an $1100 X100 diesel stove kit. First it was returned to sender and had to get reshipped, when it arrived the box was messed up. I opened the box to see my stove was cracked. They refused to do anything and I had to source a local contractor to fix it best he could for $600. Avoid this scam of a company!

New D4L heater will not perform, and no refund or parts replacement provided. I had a couple of e-mail exchanges with the company where they attempted to help TS the issue. But when it became apparent the unit supplied was not operational from the factory they stopped all communication and will not respond to e-mail or phone calls. I've been courteous and informative through the whole process but they just stopped responding to me.

Very bad after sale service, I was missing a part in the kit abd they never replied to send it back to me. I reached to the 3 times for it...

I bought Espar B4. Got it just fine. Installed it but the electronic controller shows a fatal error that has no solution to fix. I emailed customer service for a replacement. They emailed back asking a few questions. I responded back to them and have heard nothing back since. Two weeks and many request from me to have some respond but nothing. I’ve had to cancel trips cause heater doesn’t work. I guess I’ll go to my credit card company and have them reverse payment for the whole system. I have no choice but to by a new controller from someone else What a dissapointment

If give negative stars if I could. First the order took forever to get here with no update email even saying it was shipped to begin with. Once it got here and was installed the exhaust muffler I got leaked exhaust...it's been weeks and I haven't had one answer or fix for it, they won't respond to email, I got a sorry email once - that never addressed the issue, got my issue wrong ( showing they never read my complaint to begin with). Let's see if I can get a refund ...probably not. If you can buy it from another company do so, if you can only buy it here make new plans - worst service ever. I'd never recommend an enemy even use them. Edit. After writing this review and a few others I actually heard from Heatso and they let me know that they sent a new one out a week before, I then promptly got notification that it was shipping to me now and was at the statues of "ready for pickup" at the shipper...so it wasn't sent out a week before but was getting sent out that very day. I did however get a new one within 24hrs from the UK to the US, so that was nice. New one works, last one was faulty - glad I didn't die from it and we saw the exhaust coming out.
