I have an HPN signature series 15" x 15" auto open heat press. I think I purchased it in 2018 or 2017. I had an issue with the heat sensors and Michael from tech support at HPN helped troubleshoot my issue and provided a solution quickly and efficiently. He was on point with great customer service skills, as well as troubleshooting skills. Having managed a Technical Support team, I appreciated his professionalism and skills! Rockstar.
