No CS Team and Poor Service
Order got stuck in customs and ultimately ended up getting returned. Tried contacting their CS team multiple times with no response. Had to log bank dispute to get refund eventually.

Hvis du bor i Danmark og tror du lige skal bruge noget hot sovs i næste uge så er det ikke her det skal bestilles... lavet min order den 19/10 og 14/11 orderen er stadig ikke kommet ud af usa..! Også svare de ikke rigtigt på de mailes man sender dem

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. I placed an order on the weekend (when they don’t fulfil orders) and tried to update it before it shipped. They refused - saying it had already been processed which is contrary to their FAQ and my shipping status. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
