I recently had a disappointing experience with Olive Oil Jones. While I was initially excited to try their products, the quality did not meet my expectations. The olive oil I received had an off-taste, which I found surprising given the company's emphasis on high-quality products. Additionally, the customer service left much to be desired. I reached out with some concerns, but the response I received was unhelpful and dismissive. It felt like my concerns were not taken seriously, which was frustrating as a customer who genuinely wanted to support their business. Overall, I had high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. I hope Olive Oil Jones can improve both the quality of their products and their customer service moving forward.

Very poor quality oil – rancid, and unusually slick which leads me to believe the owner has likely added fillers. When I voiced my concerns to Steve he became very irate.
