Ordered a ductless mini-split HVAC unit, and freight shipping arrived safely wrapped within a few days. The air handler runs quietly while maintaining accurate room climate control efficiently. Clear product manuals made installation planning straightforward.

What a company: They were late delivering order (messaged me order would probably be 4 days late) then when i refused order because i found it locally) they charged me 175 return shipping and i complained, they said we will refund shipping charge(goodwill). Then they charge me 290.00 restocking fee in a hidden dropdown on the refunds. This company will find a way to rip you off!

Bought an 18K BTU Goodman Mini split and the coil leaked after 1 -1/2 year. Labor to replace the coil was $1100.... the unit only cost $699 a year and a half ago. Their customer service offered a deep discount... $1595 for the same unit. STAY AWAY they have no ethics...I'll make sure I share my poor service and support with everyone I know....

Unreliable product and zero long‑term support. I’ve had two Klimaire indoor heads fail in under a year, both due to refrigerant leaks. I paid certified HVAC techs for installation and verification, yet the replacements still failed. I’ve now spent hundreds in labor on a system that keeps breaking. To make matters worse, Klimaire discontinued the R410A indoor heads, so you can’t even buy a replacement — even though they still use them for warranty claims. After repeated failures, extra expenses, and no way to get compatible parts, this system has turned into a money pit. I would not buy it again.

They do not stand behind the units they sell
