What made my experience great! Bruce, in the SugarLand office, is exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He made my annual hearing exam comfortable and easy, and I appreciated how thoroughly he addressed my concerns.

Very professional exam with all the latest equipment. The Optometrist, Caitlin, is WONDERFUL. As far as I'm concerned this is the BEST place to go in Riverside County. I haven't gotten good working hearing aids for a few years, but now I can HEAR! I have No idea where these other folks went with their bad reviews, but it's definitely NOT the Hear USA on La Sierra & Magnolia Ave!
