I rejoined (big mistake) the Hearst GH subscription.They are supposed to offer a free book.They just give you a code and there is no link to downloading it.I complained and they sent me a link for magazine subscription (AI generated !!??) It says All instruction under Book Club,.there are NONE at all , just a copy of the page pushing the book . Their software is appalling for such a big magazine. I cannot find any complaint link other than an address to complain to . The cost of the magazine sub is very expensive for VIP and definitely not worth what you get .
