We sent you the correct receiver you ordered. We are happy to try and help you fix your hearing aid. You may also consider going back to your clinic. Your review does not accurately represent us or what you have ordered from us or have asked us to do anything. We hope you will take down this review as it is unfair.

In the check out it does show the cost of shipping before you confirm to buy. I am sorry but we believe in transparency and we can not ship for free. We don't bundle our products. We do a standard shipping at this point and everyone pays the same thing unless it can't fit into one of our click-ship bags. It saddens me that a person would give a horrible review for 12 dollars when you got what you wanted and in a timely manner. It also is sad that women like yoruself are so quick to hurt another women owned business. I wish you would be happy that we are selling these very inexpensive products to help you. People can thank you now that I will remove this product since it seems to make people more upset. Perhaps you can get these from your own clinic. Peace to you.

We thought we were keeping you updated. We were waiting on Starkey retnention locks as we ran out and they sent the wrong pieces. I don't think it is fair to give us a one star as we did the best we could updating you and making sure Starkey sent the right product. Sorry about the shipping. It is a cost we can not absorb.
