Shipping was way faster than we anticipated. Packaging was superb. The device (Widex TV Play) was straight forward and easy to set up. My wife is absolutely thrilled that she can hear the tv and the voices clearly. I can have the tv muted or turn up the volume without it affecting her. The only issue we have run into is the cats soon found the wiring and I had to tape them to the back of the tv (the wires not the cats).

Difficult (?impossible) to speak to human. They do answer emails promptly. Apparently they will speak over the phone if asked. Regardless, their email replys are rapid, accurate, and to the point. A pleasure dealing with Kim and her staff.
