We never received the product
We never received the product. And there is no contact phone number so I’ve had to send an email, which I find very annoying and time-consuming! Not happy with this company at this point. We’ll see how they take care of it.

The box didn't work
The box didn't work. The hearing aids wouldn't pair. I tried every combination at least five times. Power on, power off, pulling the hearing aids directly from the charger and holding them over the box, laying them on the box. All to no avail. I will be sending them back.

Case did not fit my hearing aids
Case did not fit my hearing aids. Wish you had said exactly which Widex they fit instead of me having to send them back

I had a bad experience here
I had a bad experience with Kim Fishman. I have worn hearing aids for 30 years and I needed to find someone in the Twin Cities. My audiologist recently retired. I contacted this company looking for the new Widex model, which provides directional hearing from all sides. I am a golf professional, and I really need that. She fitted me with another model that I really didn’t like. She kept saying I can make adjustments. After the 3rd visit I finally said I do not like these and I want the new model. At which point she said I needed to find another provider. Which I did, and I love the new model.

I recommend that this post be taken down. She did not do business with online store. We had to fire her from our clinic because of disrespect and other such issues. This is defamation of character. I am an audiologist. If this post doesn't get removed from you Betsy, I will take legal action. This type of behavior is uncalled for. I understand you are very upset. (Note: She edited this response, but the content is still wrong and mis-guided for our customers. We did not give her a hearing aid that she didn't want. We were trying to fit her with earmolds and due to vanity, she didn't like they way they looked and began bullying the staff.) I am still looking into mal-intent actions. Betsy, If you are happy with your current hearing aid, why do you keep bothering us? It all worked out in the end.
