Product is well-defined online. Connected incredibly easy to our TV and I am extremely happy with the performance so far (couple of weeks in). It makes watching television far more pleasant because I can hear directly through my hearing aids (I use my hearing aid app via "streaming" mode). Some shows with background noise still give me issues, but that's nothing new. If all continues to go well, I will probably order another one for a TV in another room.

The product we ordered, a Widex charger was a lifesaver. My original charger has died and I couldn't charge my hearing. The new came quickly. I was very surprised it came so soon. But very happy it did. I can hear again. I am happy for the great service.

The remote control for my Widex hearing aids arrived quickly. It was priced lower than other places. The remote control works perfectly. Very happy!
