My charger arrived, but you might think about adjusting the timing of your notices. I received the notice that you had my order, then quite some time passed before I asked for an update on my order. Received three messages from you, and the charger on the same day!

It is hard for us to control USPS shipping. We do offer more than products. We have all kinds of good stuff. :)

I ordered Friday. I heard Tuesday that my item was out of stock. I heard Wednesday that my revised order is confirmed, and that I should expect a confirmation from USPS. For "shipping takes 3-5 days" to who knows how long, I am now that long without charged heading aides.

The overall experience online ordering was quick and easy. However, your shipping prices are extremely high for such a small little item. I ordered the Widex Sound Assist which the box comes in 4 x 4 inches. You charge me $12.50 (USPS) for shipping coming from HOPKINS, MN. I ordered off eBay Widex TV Play Kit which is twice the size. They only charge me (USPS) $4.87 for shipping coming from EAST HANOVER NJ. Not sure why HHH charged so much for this, I'm only giving you three stars.

We ship USPS priority and we average a price as some shipping is more expensive and others are less. We also track and have insurance coverage. You will notice that the only 3 star reviews we get is people complaining about shipping. Sadly I believe shipping is going to increase in near future especially if USPS has cuts and we have to find a different method of shipping. Trust me, we are not getting rich off of shipping fees.

Customer service was great. My question was answered before the possible response time indicated on question dialog. Main irritant: I thought shipping costs were extreme based on actual package, even considering postal zones. Order/shipping sheet listed this package as 10 ounces and I started to take to PO just to confirm it probably weighed 1.5 ounce.

I liked the fact that you have a wide and varied selection of products. However, I have yet to receive my first order placed on 6 Jan. I can’t return the original order, as I have yet to receive it. I have since - reordered and paid for additional shipping and did receive that charger. I had to suggest the solution, and it was at my cost. My charger no longer functioned and was in dire need of a replacement.

Don't forget to mention that we gave you a no charge for the replacement and you have yet to send the other one back. Mail can be iffy and it is out of our control, especially during the holiday. I always try to look at the bright side of things when you're working with a small business. Thank you.

instructions and diagrams are incomplete. didn't even show where the battery recharge port is. also didn't know before my purchase i would need to purchase an additional device before i could hear music from my cd player. still not sure how to make it all work together.
