No support is available. Poor network for service providers. Insurance is denied for starkey products. Not able to get replacement of rechargeable batteries. I am from India and now shifted for few months here in Seattle.

The purchase process was flawless. Where the problem arose was with shipping. Product was shipped USPS and was very, very late - possibly lost. The company did little except say, we need to watch to see if there is any movement. it has been over a week and I still do not have the product nor is there an estimated delivery date when I track it. I am in a commercial sales role and IMO, the company should have shipped out another product immediately and taken the "lost" product up with USPS. What happened to "the customer comes first"?

Hi Janet. We were told by USPS that it has to be a week before we can file a claim. I understand that we ship priority and it should be there in 2 to 3 days. It hasn't been a week yet and it's not lost. It should be with to you soon according to the tracking. If I it is lost we will send you another product. WE are a small business taking the steps that we can take without overdoing ourselves and going out of business so that we can be here for people... Unless everybody just wants to shop Amazon that's might be where we're going to end up. Cheers! Note: Product was delivered one day ago, one week and was never lost.
