Disgusting company,ordered in June sent back week later as no good. Been waiting for a refund it cost £16 to return, now it’s October just received the aids back no refund to say we are steaming is an understatement, don’t ever deal with them!!!😡😡😡

I have had Hearnow for a few years. They are always a source of frustration and a waste of time in my life. Do not use them for anything. They are completely unavailable now for any questions and they will not assist you with anything. Instead their Bot/Chat/automation system will only send you boilerplate paragraphs of garbage which has no relationship to what your question is/was, plus they continually email you to ask you how they are doing. At billing time they send a bot email and tell you they are renewing and they reference nothing in the way of which album or track so you cannot find out what they are referring to. They do not respond or answer any questions so you cannot manage your albums or tracks. I am letting all of my albums and singles expire from this sorry excuse of a company. STAY AWAY FROM HEARNOW!!

Update: A couple of weeks ago, in March, CD baby wrote to me to say they have fixed the issue. And, mostly, they have. They live. But apparently in very sloMo. I have been paying Hearnow for their services since 2019 and things were OK, but since late last year there has been no support or customer service. There is an error on my Hearnow page - a Christmas Song - which I want replaced with one of my albums (as it is no longer Christmas) but I am unable to do so. I cancelled the subscription 10 months early, hoping to then be able to have the albums as main view, but no. So here we are in February with my Christmas single still prominent and no way to change it, and no support. What was once a really helpful site is now unhelpful and unreachable.

This is a horrible service. Paid for a year subscription and then changed the settings so that I wouldn't be auto-billed next year. This ended up causing my page to go down right before my release, even though they say "Your subscription will remain active until your next renewal date." I reached out to customer service 3 separate times. No response. There literally is no customer service. I ended up having to purchase the service AGAIN just so I could get my link back up. Never use the product.
