My experience with my enrollment agent
My experience with my enrollment agent, Jeremiah, was absolutely horrible. The 45-minute call began with him building a connection by touting that he was a pastor with so much compassion and concern about my growth with playing. However, all of that compassion and friendliness went out the window when it came down to the enrollment and the fact that I needed time to consider the $5k cost of the program, including the payment plan offered. Needless to say, when he realized that I was not prepared to pay right then, he hung up the phone while I was talking and then had the nerve to text me, "do you want it?".I reached out to the company and got an AI-generated response that had an abundance of grammatical errors, asking me to place my confidence in them. I am indeed a woman of faith who knows that this behavior does not represent that of Jesus Christ, and I will not entrust Hear and Play Music with an opportunity to steward the gift that lies within me. I trust that God will send me the person(s) who will truly represent Him in words, deeds, and action.

You should have been given the time you needed to prayerfully consider a decision of this size, and the way your call ended and the follow-up you received do not reflect the standards we hold for our team. The response you received when you contacted us also fell short. This is not the norm at Hear and Play Music, and we are addressing it directly. Please note that the $5,000 program is our highest level of service, offering more than a year of zoom coaching (over 250 sessions a year as students have options of attending multiple times per day, AM and PM). But we offer options at nearly every budget, including a $1 trial for the first 30 days of our "Netflix of gospel music lessons" aka - The Gospel Music Training Center. We respect your decision and pray that God continues to guide you and the gift He has placed within you.
