Enrique, thanks for your review and sorry to hear you felt that way. Did you check out the Gospel Grammar System (100 step by step music theory lessons applied to gospel music)? Or the Scale Mastery, Chord Cardio, Song Stamina, Beginner Basement, GospelKeys Core Essentials? There is just so much information in GMTC for such a review as this. Perhaps it was a miscommunication in the style of gospel we focus on (soulful, charismatic) or the method (by ear; not sheet music), because out of 26 courses, 1100 lessons, and the best gospel musicians and teachers in the world (featured on many of your favorite albums), we simply do not hear this (without speaking/e-mailing us first for some direction). Our free Youtube (@hearandplay) delivers just a portion of value and is enjoyed by thousands. We apologize that our material did not meet your expectation or that there was a miscommunication in where to find what you were looking for. Thank you.

Hello, thanks for your review and for your business over the years (2006-2011 and 2014). Sorry for any inconveniences. Perhaps there was a miscommunication as there are 3 ways to dis-enroll from any program: [email protected], toll free 1-877-856-4187 or https://hearandplay.com/cancel . As this appears to be 10 years ago, if you ever return, we will gladly credit future service. Thank you.

Hi Borut, thanks for your review. We can definitely understand the frustration of not having the time or energy to put towards your goals. However, this is a public review site about our company and rating 1 star affects our reputation. That's usually reserved for the worst of experiences. I'm not sure that's what you intended to do? If there is anything we can do, please e-mail [email protected] or call 1-877-856-4187. Thank you and wishing you the best.

Hi Yvonne, thanks for your review. You may be mixing us up with another merchant as your e-mail is connected to the name "Edwin D Benefield" and there are just a couple purchase from 2011 ($50). Kindly reach out to [email protected] for clarification. We offer hands on zoom training now where students perform on recitals twice a year. We do pray that you find the personal instructor your seek.

Hello Joe, thanks for your review. Back then (in 2013 when you ordered), we had a cd/dvd subscription that was optional. It gave you a few more bonuses and special pricing to try it but you could deny it on the order form with a yes/no checkbox. As technology has progressed, we no longer sell DVDS or CD subscriptions in lieu of digital courses and our online membership platform these days. However, we apologize for any inconveniences or miscommunications.

Hi Johnny, thanks for your review and sorry to hear this. Please note that class time is only one aspect of the program and the other opportunities to learn and interact with the coaches should be maximized through guided and unguided practice sessions (Tues, Wed, Thurs evenings), workshops (Mon evenings), Peak Sessions (songs with Coach Josh on Wed/Fri), and the WhatsApp group (both group and private messaging). Even with all these opportunities, we understand that online training is not for everyone. A member of our faculty will reach out to develop a game plan. Thank you.
