I ordered collegen once and healthy petz keep sending me more and taking the money out of my bank account I have emailed them to stop sending me any more They don't seem to have a telephone number so beware

I stupidly did not read the reviews before ordering, they send you 3 months worth and then charge you monthly, when you cancel they keep charging and do not respond to emails. Had to go to my bank to cancel, this is clearly a scam

If I could give a minus -100 I would, this company is the biggest SCAM EVER. I made the mistake of ordering, and YES IT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE, no company info, no phone numbers and they do not answer their emailsI have cancelled over 12 times and they keep taking the money out of my account, I have stopped the payment at my bank and the next month they do it again.Today my credit card gets cancelled, thats the only way to stop these thieves. SAVE YOUR MONEY,TIME AND EFFORT..DONOT ORDER THIS CRAP

Never received what I ordered

Please don’t bother with this rubbish. It hasn’t even got an address or manufacturers name. It is a load of rubbish. On the box it says: Tor Healthy Canines. I will be throwing it away. I was also enrolled in a subscription which I never agreed to. The click here to cancel button site doesn’t load. They did reply to my e-mail offering 50% refund or I could return it. I said I would return it. They then replied saying that option is not available. Don’t buy anything before checking on Trustpilot. Thankfully I didn’t give it to my dogs.

I ordered one bottle, and a month later, I was notified that three more bottles were coming! You are automatically signed up for a recurring subscription. Hopefully, I successfully canceled the subscription. I just threw four bottles in the garbage. I had used it three times. Two out of those three times, my dog threw up after eating food with it on. So sorry I didn't research this item first before ordering.

I'm now giving my 2 German Shepherd dogs their 4th bottle of Healthy Pets collagen at the dose suggested on the bottle. Been a month and a half and they are still itching and have hot spots. Concerns are: 1-product does not work 2-even though I did not sign up for auto ship subscription, they shipped a second shipment of 3 bottles after one month 3- they only post positive reviews on their web site. If you look, they only show 99 reviews, all very positive. I tried posting my (negative) review and it said they have to review it first. 4- I have buyers remorse. I don't like being scammed

I wish i had read reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered stuff & got an email to say so, then another one to say i was subscribed which i never asked for. I have sent them 3 emails which they have ignored this company is defo one to avoid. I have been onto my bank which they will see if they can stop reccurring items being sent. If i could give them zero points i would. To put someone on a months supply behind their back just shows you how devious this company is. It looks to me their more interested in getting money out of you than anything else. Please AVOID this scam company...
