I have emailed this company three times requesting information on how to return/get a refund for two bottles sent to me after my dog passed away. Very frustrating. (The first bottle arrived a day after my dog passed, but I emailed them requesting no further shipments and cancelation of subscription but another bottle was sent the following month) Note: the return address on the packages is a package tracking company in China. I'd steer clear of this company unless you enjoy being frustrated!

Would give minus if I could! Unresponsive to emails, then claim to have changed emails and previous email need resending. Do not cancel subscriptions first time of asking Do not use this company

I ordered one bottle of collagen to test it out and it took almost a month to deliver it. Not even a week of testing the collagen out, I got a notification that my next package was preparing for shipment. Apparently you sign up for a subscription when you place the order and they do not make it obvious at all. The second bottle never showed up and after contacting them multiple times, they did not respond. Also the collagen made my dogs skin worse.

I paid £48 for 3 bottles of pet collagen on 2nd of July, it’s now 10th of August & I have not received anything. I have emailed at least 6 times never getting a response! I have had to go to my bank & report it! I am really not happy…. When I go to support it’s telling me that I have set up a subscription which I didn’t. I am now going to have to cancel my card to avoid payments being taken from my account. Please do not order from this company.

BEWARE. you place an order and they put you on a subscription which you cannot cancel through your bank as they do not do the subscription in the normal way. It does not show in your bank you have to call the bank complain wait 28 days before you can claim your money back and the bank put a block on them being able to take any more payments. The subscription comes through monthly whether you want it or not

DO NOT BUY THIS! IT DOES NOT WORK. THEY AUTOMATICALLY SIGN YOU UP FOR SUBSCRIPTION THAT YOU CAN NOT CANCEL. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS, THEY HAVE NO MORALS.

I was enthused to try Healthypetz collagen support for dogs BUT both my dogs had allergic reactions (hives) to the product after 3 or 4 days of use following directions on the bottle and the website. I contacted the company via email for a refund as instructed by the website (30 day guarantee) and cancelled my subscription. No response at all. I contacted them a second time via email and 4 days later still NOTHING. Warning !! Do not buy from this company and do not trust their website! 30 day guarantee is a LIE! NO customer service. D.R. Several emails to their support system and no one answers me back. Made an order back in July and tracked it to my area USPS in my area of PA. and then later shows it at USPS in NM/I live in PA. Why did this order go from PA. back to NM?? No one is getting back to me on this order. Their support system does not answer my inquiries and no phone # listed to speak to someone. How do I get my money back and I am a senior citizen.
