I ordered Healthy Petz Premium Liquid Collagen. The tracking stated that USPS had delivered the order to my mailbox on 8/27/26. I went to my mailbox and it was not there. I contacted the company via email. They responded and stated for me to double check my mailbox and around my residence. I stated that I had and that I would be filing a dispute with BOA for the Visa that I had used. After several emails with Healthypetz I told them via an email, that you offered a money back guarantee. They relented after a week and reimbursed me my money, since I never received that Premium Liquid Collagen. I will be sticking with Apoquel until my dog passes. He is currently 12 with no signs of cancer. Despite what others say about Apoquel. I canceled the subscription the same day. I had hoped to discontinue ordering Apoquel for my dog's continuous scratching. But I will keep him on the Apoquel because I never received the Healthy Petz Premium Liquid Collagen despite their tracking of the order and the two weeks it supposedly took it to arrive in my mailbox.

They do not respond to daily emails. They continue to charge my credit card for a “subscription” that does not exist!! I will probably not get any of my money back but I just want it to stop!

I have as many of you have, had an unexpected subscription. I have now written in excess of 10 emails to the contact details supplied on the website. Not one reply. So the customer service is more than poor ,its non existent. I contacted my bank in the end who did a charge back. I then recieved an email from them asking why i had actioned the chargeback. I replied saying I had cancelled the subscription but was still charged. No reply. So my advice is steer clear. And if you have had an unexpected charge tell your bank and get your money back. There is no address nor a contact number on the web site.

customer service is absolutely AWFUL. there is NO phone number to call, I have emailed about 40 times, with zero response. and they sign you up for a subscription which you never asked for. and I don't know how to stop it! if they send me another shipment, I will stop payment via credit card as I don't know any other way to do this..

Terrible company, do not respond to emails or refund items not delivered. Thankfully managed to cancel the subscription they had set up. Do not recommend.

Terrible company. I didnt receive my order. I sent 3 emails and didnot receive a reply. I have now contacted my bank to see if I can get a refund. My advice is to stay away from this company. Very poor customer service

If I could give zero stars, I would. Not only is the product completely useless, their "60 day money back guarantee" is a complete lie. So far I've sent four requests for a refund and haven't gotten a single response. This company is a complete scam.
