I ordered this product HEALTHY PETZ PREMIUM COLLAGEN in December. There was no improvement in my pets skin at all. I tried to get my money back but the email was fraudulent. Now I’ve received Another order and my account was charged 89.00. I contacted my credit card to block the amount. Hopefully it will be deleted.

I found this company based on a Facebook group user who had posted about trying the product for her dog with allergies. I purchased the collagen and at check out was offered a second bottle at a discounted price. I accepted the offer. Immediately upon check out I regretted the purchase due to mixed reviews about the company I found online and reached out to Healthy Petz customer service to cancel. I got an automated response that they would follow up within 24-48 hrs. The next day I got a notification that the product shipped. I never heard back from the company. The order arrived, the package came from California with what seemed like a personal address (no mention of the company on the return shipping address). Inside the product was packaged well. I did notice a typo on the product packaging which seemed strange. I reached out to the company to process a return based on their money back guarantee, explaining what happened, that I changed my mind immediately upon placing the order. The product is unopened etc. I received a response saying that due to the reason "changing my mind" they were not able to process a return. In my opinion this is poor customer service and somewhat violates the return policy. Anyway, wanted to warn others to proceed with caution if considering buying this collagen product from Heatlhy Petz.

Keep away from this company. They sign you up to a subscription without you knowing then ghost you when you ask for a refund. Total scam save your money people.

Doesn’t work don’t waste your money Paid nearly $100.00 for the genuine stuff . Tried to get refund through company I was 10 days out off refund time .

Lesson to look at these reviews before purchasing from a new company. Didn't see the hidden subscription until after the purchase was completed. Cancelled that, but still decided to get the one bottle of Collagen to see if the product actually worked. Order sat in a "shipping label created" status for two weeks. When I contacted the company (which is only way to contact them) they sent me the same tracking number back. No new information, no sorry, we'll get that out right away, nothing. Do not trust this company with your purchase.

BUYER BEWARE..DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY They auto shipped order and charged my credit card without my permission..I will never order from this business again..not trust worthy.and you can not leave any reviews on there website

I’ve tried reaching this “company” by e-mail several times to cancel my subscription and request a refund. No response from them at all. Product in my opinion does NOT work.

I would give them a minus if I could I purchased skin treats for dogs for itching and I should’ve done my research before purchasing so after I read the reviews I immediately canceled this subscription and I emailed them over 25 times to cancel not only did they NOT cancel my order they charged me 3 x for the same thing and I never got a response back from them so thanks to them I had to cancel my credit card just to receive a refund from them and I’m not sure I will even get a refund from my credit card I would run run run away from this business it is dishonest and does not answer no matter how many emails you send to them they are a total SCAM
